I liked my first version so much that I decided to make another one - only I will be selling this one. the first will be going to a friend I've known online for about 8 yrs. heh.

This old song inspired this lovely piece of steampunk jewelry. Here, an vintage button represents the moon, shining against a steel backdrop.

I love the watch base - you can see the damaskeening - the decoration on the steel that gives it a bit more shine. Around the edges there are many tiny holes that look like distant stars. In the very center is a shining golden balance wheel - that looks a bit like the sun.

There are some very nice gears here - that little dark one is almost black - and has great detail.
